Our pilot plant facilities enable us test the products in microcosm before proceeding to macrocosmic actual plants. The pilot scale plants include:

i) Atomization by rotary atomizer.
ii) Nozzle Spray with various configurations viz. Co-current, Counter-current and mixed flow.

2)Multistage dryer.

3)Closed loop spray dryer.

4)Spray cooler with various configurations viz. Co-current, Counter-current and mixed flow.

5)Fluid bed dryer

6)Rotary dryer

We are developing advanced control systems and monitoring devices using imaging technology
