Our systems are widely used for granule formation for chemicals like Calcium Chloride, Magnesium Chloride, Calcium Nitrate etc. SAKA’s Granulation systems are custom built to provide desired size of granules.

Our systems can convert various types of raw materials into free flowing and dust free granules such as aqueous solutions, emulsions or suspensions. Beside this, waxes and other fusible raw materials can be processed in our Granulation system. These types of materials are processed as melts, melt emulsions or melt suspensions to produce granulates.

Product Details:

We provide Continuous Fluid Bed Dryer. This Open cycle systems features pressure shock resistant components or alternatively semi-closed cycle, self-inertizing configuration can be considered depending upon the product. Usually a push-pull system is used to balance the pressure to slightly negative in the free board of the fluid bed. Depending upon the product and available heat source, direct or indirect heating may be applied. Then the exhaust air is cleaned by bag filter, cyclone with or without wet scrubber.
